Pumpkin Pie Zipzicle Pops
Pumpkin Pie Reinvented!

Yield: 12 Zipzicle Pops
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 8 ounces canned pureed pumpkin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 12 Zipzicle bags (available at www.zipzicles.com)
Directions
- Whip 1 cup heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. In a bowl whisk egg yolks, powdered sugar and milk. Mix it with whip cream until smooth. Place mixture in freezer 5-8 minutes. Mix pureed pumpkin, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Add pumpkin mixture to whip cream mixture and mix on low until well blended. Add remaining 1/2 cup of cream and mix well. Mixture should be consistency of smoothie or milk shake. Pinching the top of the Zipzicle bag open, or using a wide funnel, fill Zipzicle bags to just under fill line. Zip closed and place in freezer in an upright position (within mug or container works well). Freeze until Zipzicles are solid. Enjoy your pumpkin pie Zipzicles!
